Yesterday was a perfect fall day...around 70 degrees and clear blue skies. Ellen usually has her life skills companion on a Wednesday but she was sick so that was canceled. Her exercise class that evening was also canceled, didn't suit the trainer to come in. So we went on a walk! Ellen had been to this path many times with Mary but I had not. Walking is not a favorite of nine...walks around here at home involve hills no matter which direction you go. That alone deters my motivation!

That was fun! We will do it again. Today is laundry day for me and Ellen and I will be making lasagna for dinner. Gotta get this day started....wishing you all a great Thursday!

My favorite type of walking is on flat trails, hills are also not a favorite terrain so you are not alone, Doris. Hope that Ellen is feeling better and looks like the weather did cooperate for the walk.
