Yes it certainly is. We waited all summer and now it’s time!
Heading to Lewes, DE soon. Ellen wanted to celebrate her birthday at the beach so we planned our vacation around that. Hoping to take a ferry ride to New Jersey one day to visit Cape May County Zoo. It's the neatest zoo! Also there are a few favorite eating places we always hit up when in DE. Probably will mostly be getting take out unless there is outside seating. Yes, we still are being very careful.
The rental we are staying at this time is new to us. It's smaller but it's by the canal right in Lewes. And we will be seeing boats which really thrills Ellen. Also hoping the walk to the beach is not hard....saving parking fees would be a big plus!
Lots to do to get ready to hit the road on Sunday. Next post will be here...

Have fun, I know you will. We are planning another trip the end of Sept, early Oct. It is always good to get away. Ellen will have a great time celebrating her B'day at the beach! Have a blessed day dear Doris, HUGS!
How fun! We had two beach trips this year with each child and family. They were short and sweet but loaded with fun and special time with each family. I'm ready for a trip to the North Georgia mountains to get away from the heat and humidity! It's been awful. Your blog looks great! I still don't like the format of mine but have no idea how to make it look like it once did. Oh well.
