She had a hot dog, we both had fries (the BEST fries ever!!) and a milkshake. We couldn't stay long since she had to go to work later in the afternoon. The weather was perfect: not too hot, not too cold, cloudy but no rain :)
Tuesday evening was our Women of Hope meeting at church. Last month we decided to have an ice cream social for the October meeting. Talk about yummy and fun!!
Wednesday evening it was back to Manheim for more Farmshow food (so yummy!!) and the parade. Our kids grew up attending the parade. It's a wonderful tradition!
Look who's peeking in the window of the tent, grandson Carson!
The weather this week is amazingly warm. And it's dry....no rain. I'd love for it to be this warm and dry every year, at least on parade night!
No Farmshow for us today. Tomorrow is the last day and we plan to be there :)
Today is another perfect weather day....Fall certainly can be pleasant.
Praying for all the people in the path of the nasty storm Matthew! This storm changed vacation plans for one of my daughters...better safe than sorry.
God bless your day!

So many good memories of the farm show! I hope that some year Dick and I will be able to attend again.
Looks like a fun event and glad you got to go several days. Enjoyed seeing the pictures.
Oh how I love a great fair! Thanks for taking me along to yours. Weather is perfect here too. Praying for all affected by the hurricane. Sending hugs and prayers your way.
Looks like so much fun! I love that picture of Ellen. Fall is looking pretty in your area.
I always enjoy hearing about the farm show and the good food you talk about having while there. I am hungry for french fries and milk shake now!
God bless your niece in Jacksonville.
I know Ellen enjoyed the marching bands!
