Huge Blessings ♥

I went to bed last evening feeling very blessed. I'll show you why....

After church and eating at our favorite place is our hometown, Manheim Twin Kiss, we watched Ellen play her last Challenger Baseball game for this year. Ellen really enjoyed baseball this year, more so than last. Why? I don't know. It may have been because the weather was not as hot this year. She hates hot...unless she's at the beach!

Ellen waits for her turn to bat.

Wow, that was a great hit!

A happy face ♥

Let me tell you why my heart was so happy yesterday....

Our Granddaughter, Laurencia, and her sweet son, Kaden,
came to the game!
She lives in Baltimore and doesn't get to Lancaster very often.
When she does, she can't make her rounds to see everyone.

Thank God for Facebook...
I can see those sweet faces often =)

Kim, our daughter and Laurencia's step mother,
had a week of vacation. She went to Baltimore on Friday to pick up these two
and just took them back today.
That's why we were able to spend time together,
she had enough time for the Aleong and Fahnestock families, yeah!!

Melt my heart...
I am so in love. ♥

I'm also so in love with this bunch ♥

Dale's sister, Nancy, came too.

After the game, Dale, Ellen and I went to a cookout party at Coach T's house.
It's always a delightful time.
Ellen loves cooling off in their pool...

Certainly looks inviting!

Nicole, Ellen's friend relaxes with her family and
hostess Terry who is Elizabeth's Mom
and coach T's wife.

Ellen and Elizabeth ♥

We left the party around 8. Came home where our family was enjoying a cookout too! We got to spend more time with Laurencia and Kaden. Yes, my heart was blessed beyond measure!

This morning and again at noon, I took time to sit on my beloved porch. That's something I didn't do last week. No wonder my head felt so muddled!! That, and because I was eating food that was handy and not what I know I should eat. I was feeling it big time yesterday and today. Gluten is not my friend!

Bless you today!

I love looking at your fun pictures of all the family. Children just melt my heart. I wish I had that many grands. I sure do love the ones I have. That little pouty mouth on that sweet boy is just precious! Thanks for sharing.
