Two Special Days

I feel I must write a post now.....because later today my BIG weekend will start. I get to be with all my siblings!! For the whole weekend!! Can you tell I'm a bit excited?  I'll be sure to take lots of pictures and tell you about it after it's all over.

Look at these pretties.....

I'm as pleased as punch to see all those blooms!!

Our July 4 -

The guys worked really hard to get all the mulch placed
around the house and in all the beds edging the woods.
It was a hot and dirty job!

Meanwhile, I was serenaded with a parade right in my living room!

Such enthusiasm!

These boys ♥

We don't have a landline here so Noah knows of only cellphones to make calls.....but don't be fooled....

He knows exactly what to do with an old fashioned phone!!
Love it!

We later had a cookout for dinner but I didn't take any pictures! Bummer. Christy invited her parents and her sister, Donna, and daughter, Ryley. We also invited our daughter, Kim. She is nursing an injured calf muscle and has been mostly house bound lately. Her hubby was working and their son had other plans. We were glad to give her something to do and some good food too! It was a very fun time.

Later Corey and Christy took their kids and Ellen to see some fireworks. Donna and Ryley went too but the old people needed their rest ;-)

This was their view before the fireworks.....Beautiful!!

July 5 was Christy's birthday. We all piled into our van to eat dinner at Outback. We had a blast!

 The  Bunch ♥
We all live in the same house and love each other tremendously.

Birthday surprise!

Blow out that candle!
She graciously shared that big dessert with all who wanted some.

We don't all go out to eat very often.
But when we do, we have SO much fun!

This beautiful bunch of flowers was a gift from our son to his sweet wife ♥
The roses smell heavenly!

And now I have some work to do to get ready for my weekend. God bless your day!
