Felling better....

No pictures today. I've not taken any in days.

I stayed home from church yesterday because mornings are still the roughest for me. Moving has been slow and calculated so I rested. It was good! I rested all day.....again. In the evening Ellen joined her dad and me in our living room to watch football with her dad. I read a book on my Kindle app because I really don't like football. She was happy the Cowboys lost.....even though she knows several people who would be sad. If it's any comfort to the sad ones, she thought of you by name :)

Today I got up with less pain. Yay! It's been a really good day.......trying not to do too much which is very hard when I see so much that I'd like to do. Our bathroom really needed a cleaning. So I cleaned the sink. Then the tub.....I probably shouldn't have but I did. Kinda feeling it now, oops.

I made chicken corn soup for dinner tonight and it was so good! Several in this household have coughs so chicken soup seemed the way to go :)

Hope your Monday was wonderful! Stay well....we've not been really sick here, not been totally well either. Is Spring just around the corner yet??

Glad you are some better. I know it is hard to take it easy. Your soup sounds very tasty. God bless and I hope you continue to improve. xo

It is always hard to stay 'down' when you feel bad, but necessary. Glad you are getting a little better each day tho. Take care of you, so you can take care of others.

Glad you are getting better! It's hard to rest when there are things to be done!
I'm afraid we have a while to wait for Spring - freezing rain is happening here at the moment.

It usually takes me about 4 days for my back to feel better and even then I take it easy for another 3. Hope you are feeling better each day. Don't overdo it even if your bathroom does need cleaning.

I am so sorry you have been down, Doris! It's always hardest to be down when there's so much to do around the house. I pray you are better soon and that spring comes quickly this year ... I know I could sure use some sunshine soon :-)

Less pain is good, Doris, and that soup sounds delicious. I also am making soup this week as we are expecting rainy weather.
