It's been a week without events. The biggest thing this week was a trip to York for a Dr. B appointment for Ellen! Exciting week ;)
Since I don't have pictures to post from the week, I'll post one my sister gave me on Sunday when we were at her house.
I was told this is me.
I wondered if it really was me.
Sure enough, right there on the photo was my name.
And on the reverse side.....
I guess I was a cat lover even then! And, the chair on the porch...I bet that's one of the two that we still have. The chairs need painting again but they are certainly coming with us when we move. Love those old metal chairs!
Now, I really must make something for dinner. I'm thinking meatloaf and baked potatoes. Maybe.
Update - it was Chicken Pie for dinner and a salad. I had chicken from another meal and decided to use it instead of getting meat out of the freezer. It was yummy =)
Hope your day is a good one!

My sisters had your hairstyle but I had/have cowlicks and couldn't pull off bangs. We had a yucky day here too except it is 55 degrees. Unheard of in the Chicago area in January. We had a much needed day of rain yesterday. No snow yet!
Best,
Bonnie
It is raining here too, but warm, 68 degrees.
Meatloaf sounds good for a rainy evening.
I love the photo. How cute you are and what a sweet kitten. Our family had those same metal chairs.
Have a good weekend.
love the photo!!
happy rainy Friday!
Yep that's you:) SO cute! Enjoy your weekend dear friend! It is misty rainy here AND WARM! HUGS!
Such a happy little girl. Love that smile... I also love those old metal chairs. I am glad to have found your blog.
Doris, You are more than welcome to come for dinner as meatloaf is on our menu for tonight (Sat). Enjoyed the old photo of you and kitty and Pat's grandparents had chairs like the one in the photo.
What a cute photo! Meatloaf and chicken pie are two of my favorites! Enjoy your weekend
Chicken pot pie and that adorable picture of you ... perfect.
Fondly,
Glenda
We've had the cool & rainy/misty days too... and the chicken pie sounds perfect ... hope you're having a wonderful weekend, my friend!
I love this picture of you. You should frame it and keep it on display.
How did I not see this post until now?? I totally remember you looking like this. I didn't realize you still have some of those porch chairs!
