Sleep...... a beautiful thing. When it's lacking, everything seems difficult. 

Last evening when the family was here, I decided to have a cup of coffee. It was rather late but drinking decaf would be just fine. It was so good.

I was so tired when I went to bed. But I could not sleep.

This morning I checked the Keurig where the empty pod was.

Yup, I had regular coffee, not decaf.

I need a nap! So do Aidan and Zoe. I need to convince them of it. I really, really do!

(using the desk top computer cause Ellen is at school and it's available)

I've done that before, too!

John never sleeps for more than 3 or 4 hours per night. It has affected his health severely. Even with strong prescriptions, that's the most he can sleep at one time.

OUCH... Nevah Evah would I drink coffee after morning, not even decaf:) Have a blessed and hopefully VERY sleepy night! HUGS!
