Ellen Cheers!

Give me a U....
Give me a D.....
Give me an S.....
U D S
U D S!

Who cares if it's the right or the left hand in the air!
Or none at all.
These girls do this because it's a lot of fun to cheer
and it's amazing to cheer for the UDS Challenger Football teams.

Each kid lives with a challenge.
It's absolutely amazing to watch them play or cheer.
It's amazing to see them care for each other.
It's amazing to see the kids and volunteers interact.

I am so thankful for this opportunity for Ellen to do what she loves to do...
Cheer!

Welcome back, Doris, you have been super busy with family and other things. Enjoyed catching up with what's been going on adn can totally agree with dietary changes as we are going that route now too. Years ago, I was also told that I was "pre-diabetic) and also took medication. Then I started taking cinnamon capsules and it's been years since I've been on any meds or done testing and blood sugars are doing OK. Might be something to sondier and you can also sprinkle cinnamon on lots of foods and use it in cooking which we do often.
