Zoe makes me Laugh

Zoe is a cutie. And she makes me laugh! She loves to be funny and will out of the blue start laughing and laughing and laughing! She sounds like canned laughter for a recorded comedy show. It's so funny! Someday I hope to record it.

She is not a great eater right now. That is, other than snacks. She loves those! Last evening she wouldn't eat her chicken and peas. Just wouldn't. She knew she wasn't allowed to have anything else if she didn't eat her dinner. She said that was ok. Sooo when Daddy came, of course, she asked for a snack. She cried huge tears and Nana ....oh, it's so hard to stay strong with the Grands! I asked her if she would like to eat her dinner, and she did! She wanted me to help her, I did. As she was finishing, she stood up and announced "I big and strong" as she flexed her muscles with all her might and made a determined face to go with it! I cracked up laughing. What a girl =)

Last week she saw our beach cart folded up and in the kitchen. We used it to transport all our stuff into the park for the fireworks. She kept saying "Mine" when she walked past it. It dawned on me that she thought it was her stroller. So I told her, no, it wasn't hers. It was Pop Pop's. She stopped and looked at me with the most puzzled face I have ever seen. She asked " Pop Pop's"???? I could only imagine her little mind trying to figure out how Pop Pop would fit into a stroller!! Again, I laughed and laughed!

Aidan is enjoying a week of Bible School with his Great Aunt Nancy at her church. All our kids attended this Bible School. On Monday evening Aidan wore a polo shirt that had been his Daddy's which I found in the attic. He was so proud to wear his Daddy's red striped shirt from the 80's =)

I guess you can't tell that I'm in love with these kids, hehe. I'm in love with all our Grands! I just see these two several times a week and only see the rest once a week. I'm so blessed to see them so often. I never want to take that for granted, ever!

There are also two more.... Big Grands. Andrew and Laurencia. We don't see Laurencia very often but Andrew seems to enjoy hanging with his Aunts and Uncles and little cousins on Sunday's.

Blessed, you bet!

Enjoy your Wednesday!

Cute stories about Zoe. Good for you that you finally got her to eat her dinner. I can just imagine her flexing her muscles! These are all sweet photos and I'm so happy you get to be with them so often. Have a blessed afternoon.

OH how funny, "Pop Pop can't fit in that buggy"... you know that's what she was thinking:) I feel blessed too! I am so close to 4 of my Grandkids and 7 hours from 3 of them! It is hard to be missing out on much of what they are doing! We make the most of the time we have with them:) Have a blessed day dear Doris, BIG HUGS!
