One More Week

One week from today. I can hardly believe that the BIG day is one week away.

Yesterday I spent time with these two girls at the mall doing more shopping for wedding stuff.

Greta and Gina, my twins.
Greta (on the left) will be a bride next Saturday.
She's excited!

We had a late lunch at Friday's. Was nice to spend time with my twins! I just cannot help but remember them like this....

Having these girls was life changing...
a very good thing!

I found a cute blouse (for only $8!) and skirt at Penny's to wear to the rehearsal on Friday. The dinner will be a cook-out at Lynn's parents. Causal...I like!

More shopping this week to find something for Ellen to wear to the rehearsal. I made sure everyone had something nice...and all of a sudden I realized that I hadn't gotten something for Ellen!

After the storm and very heavy rains from last evening, we have a beautiful day today. Bright blue skies, temps in the 70's and no humidity! Windows are open, the air conditioners are OFF!

Wishing you a wonderful Saturday!

Weddings are so much fun--from all the planning to the actual event. Your Greta already looks radiant! I hope you'll share some of the festivities with us.

Best,
Bonnie

What an exciting time! I love weddings and can't wait to see your photos. The rehearsal sounds like my kind of fun/food. Praying that everything goes very smoothly. Enjoy this beautiful day.

Is that just too cute, or what???? And on my steps, haha!! I cannot think about those steps without remembering the time they were singing their "Happy, happy" song over and over again. Oh the fun we had too when they were our sandy beach babies!

I was going to say that they look more like twins on that top picture than they have for a while, with both of them sporting those stylish black glasses and hair that's similar.

That BIG day will be here sooner than you know it, Doris. Ours has come and gone. Today's blog posts has ALL the photos in collage form for you to enjoy. Lovely photo of your twins in their matching outfits.

Praying for a wonderful time for your family next week as you celebrate such a happy event.

Hope the Mother of the Bride gets a week off later.
