Yes, so did mine! Go order a new one, they don't cost much and when this one quits working (and it will) you'll have a back-up:) No charge for the advice... hehe! Have a blessed day my friend, HUGS!

Yes, yea for tape - duct tape, scotch tape. Oh yes, and safety pins. But I guess they wouldn't work for a cord, would they??
