Doing the Happy Dance!

Several days ago I got a letter in the mail from our bank. It informed me that the points I have been receiving each time I used my debit card are ending and expire at the end of the month. Points? I faintly remember seeing literature about that somewhere.

Tonight when I was cleaning off the kitchen table, I came across this letter again. I figured I best see how many points I may have before I throw the letter out.

Well, I had 49,100 [something like that] points!! So, what loot could one get with all those points? I went to electronics. Yes, I had enough to get a Kindle!! And a Cuisinart ice cream maker and a little left over for a new pair of ear buds.

A Kindle!! I'm getting a Kindle!! Doing the happy dance!! I wanted one for soooooooo long.

Now that I know about the points, it's kinda sad they are ending.

Oh, well, I'm getting a Kindle!!!!

Lucky you. Everyone I know that has one loves it!

Doris, John's tumor is benign and the dr. is going to scan it every 6 mos. to monitor it. We are very thankful for your prayers. God has blessed us richly today.

That's amazing!!!

That wasn't Fulton Bank, was it? I think Fulton has some kind of reward system for using the credit instead of debit on my bankcard, but I almost always do debit. It seems easier to punch in my password than to sign my name!

But maybe I should look at that reward system a little closer!

Jeanie, I should have said it better....I did have to use credit to get the points. I almost always use credit rather than debit for some reason. I'm happy I did it that way now =)

Mildred, that is such good news! I'll do a happy dance for the two of you , too =)
