Not the year, although I remember it well (!), but the temp outside today =)) Yup, it's in the 70's.

To celebrate, I went to Mc D's to get some iced coffee then I met Aidan, Zoe and their Mommy at the playground in town. Mommy decided to stop there before she went to work. The kids had a great time swinging and sliding. Aidan made friends with every kid that came to play. One of the adults with his grandson was a retired Manheim Central teacher that Christy loved. How neat!

Now we are home at my house. Aidan (and Nana!) had an Oreo cookie. Aidan is enjoying a video - Veggie Tales Madam Blueberry. I think there will soon be 2 very tired children.

Yesterday Ellen didn't have school. After a dentist appointment, we headed to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. They have the best Blueberry Pancakes ever!  From there we went to the outlets to shop for shoes and clothes for Ellen. We found sneakers at the Sketcher's store. Had to order one pair just like we did in June. Then it was to Justice to look for clothes. She got 1 skirt...that was it! Ellen is not a shopper. She was ready to head home after 2 more stores. Really now, is this MY child?? According to me, going shopping, looking and quite possibly buying nothing is fine with me.....I love it that much =)

Hope your Friday is sunny, breezy and warm, just like it is in Lancaster County, PA.

Same thing in State College, PA! Warm and sunny and we went to the park. So did everybody else! It's so much more fun this year since he can handle himself so much better.

Super weather we are all having this weekend. I am addicted to McD's mocha frappe!!! Sounds like a nice time with the little ones. I'm not much of a shopper either but I did recently purchase a new pair of walking shoes - now, to make myself W-A-L-K!!! Enjoy the weekend.
