Time for Celebration

Friday evening it was time to celebrate with one of Ellen's friends. Marissa was celebrating her birthday...her mother invited us all to come for dinner and a movie. All seven girls, all seven mothers....the girls had a blast and we moms, well, we talked up a storm =)

 Enjoy some pictures.....

Enjoying dinner.

Gifts!

The birthday girl looks pleased!

Ellen gave her a dress and necklace......

Next the girls gathered in a circle to play a game.

They pass a gift as the music plays....
when it stops, the one holding it takes a layer of gift wrap off.
Around and around the gift went.
Layers and layers of paper later...

Ellen takes off the last layer...

She is one happy girl!!

The girls head to the basement to watch Finding Dory....They were laughing and having a good time.
The moms caught up with what's happening in our lives. And we made plans for the next time we get together.

What a fun evening! I know I've said it many times, I need these ladies, and their daughters, in my life. Love being together, love that they understand being a mom of a special needs child. I am so blessed!

Next post.....our trip to Baltimore.

Sounds like a fun party and the girls are all smiling, which gives it away.
