Wedding Day

I know there are some of you who are longing for some pictures. What a wonderful day!

I will start with one of the Bride, our daughter Greta....

There she is, all ready for her day.

Now, let's start from the begining...Wedding Practice!

Ellen, Gina, Lynn's sister standing in for Sarah,
a friend of Greta who couldn't come to practice,
Julissa, Greta's friend.

Greta the bide; Paul, our pastor; Lynn the groom;
Paityn; Corey, our son; Kevin, Lynn's brother;
Scott, our son-in-law; Andrew, our Grandson

Dad and Greta get instuctions from the Pastor.

More instructions.....

Dinner at the Goods!
Hanburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, veggies and dip, chips,
fresh fruit, brownies, and soft vanilla ice cream!

The couple on the right was responsible for
preparing the wonderful food.
It was delicious and so beautifully presented!

Wedding Day!
We started our day at 5 a.m. My aim was to be at the church by 6:45. We got there just before 7. Ellen even got up and came with me....she could have come later with her Dad.

Hair and make-up by the girls fom Verve...our favorite hair salon!

Gina gets her face on =)

Sarah gets a hairdo for the big day

Julissa gets stylin'!

Looking good, Greta!

Jess works on Ellen...
Ellen did so good with this
even though it took a while to complete.

Paityn, Zoe and Brinley find some toys to play with...
they came in their jammies =)

Who is this handsome fella?
That would be Aidan, the ring barer!
Brinley is dressed and rolling around on the floor.
Paityn is ready too!

Ellen's hair....so cute!!

Ready and waiting!

One more picture and then I must call it a day.....

Love these kids!!!

It was such a wonderful day. We planned and researched and purchased and shopped and shopped some more. I worried, I tied not to. Greta hung in with all that was going on in her life....school, work, house.... wedding would have been more than enough.

So soon it's history!

I will post more pictures another day. I'm ready to hit the sack!

Thank you for saying a prayer for Ellen. I cannot express enough how much that means to me! Ellen did remarkably well. She walked down that long aisle like a pro. I was sooooo proud of her! She tolerated all the picture taking. And she enjoyed dancing....of course she did!
